1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering or using any services provided by kelab711 through this website, you hereby agree to and are bound by the terms and conditions stated in this document. This agreement constitutes a valid contract between you ("Member") and kelab711 ("Platform").

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

Account registration at kelab711 is open only to individuals who meet the following requirements:

• Registering voluntarily in their own name and not on behalf of any third party.
• Has never been flagged for self-exclusion or a gambling ban by any relevant authority.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account at any time. Owning multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all such accounts and the freezing of any existing balances. kelab711 reserves the right to request any identity verification documents including a copy of the national identity card (MyKad) or passport at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals. 3. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

kelab711 accepts deposits via the following methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking (FPX), Boost and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH). The minimum deposit for each method is RM30.

Withdrawals from a kelab711 account are subject to the following requirements:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction.
• Withdrawals will be processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours from the time the request is submitted.
• The withdrawal method must be the same as or equivalent to the deposit method used.
• All related wagering requirements must be met before a withdrawal is permitted.
• Identity verification may be required before the first withdrawal or for amounts exceeding the set limit.

kelab711 does not charge any processing fees on deposits or withdrawals, however payment providers may impose their own charges. All amounts are stated in Malaysian ringgit (RM / MYR).

4. Bonuses and Promotions

kelab711 offers a 200% welcome bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of RM500. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 25 times the bonus amount received before winnings derived from that bonus can be withdrawn.

Examples of how the wagering requirement is calculated:

• Deposit RM100 → bonus received RM200 → account balance RM300 → wagering requirement: RM200 × 25 = RM5,000.
• Deposit RM600 → bonus received RM500 (maximum cap) → account balance RM1,100 → wagering requirement: RM500 × 25 = RM12,500.

Additional conditions that apply to all bonuses and promotions:

• Each promotion may only be claimed once unless stated otherwise.
• Bonuses cannot be converted directly to cash without first meeting the wagering requirements.
• kelab711 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus if there are signs of abuse or a breach of conditions.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the period specified for each promotion.
• Games eligible for meeting wagering requirements are determined by kelab711 and are subject to change.

5. Game Rules

All games offered at kelab711 — including online slots, live casino, sports betting, crash games and table games — are subject to their own rules displayed within the respective game interface. The following general rules apply across all games:

• The results of all games are final and cannot be disputed unless a proven technical error has occurred.
• In the event of a technical interruption during a game, affected bets will be settled based on the policy set by the game provider.
• The use of any automation software, bots or unauthorised methods to gain an advantage in games is strictly prohibited.
• Bets placed cannot be cancelled once a game has started, unless stated otherwise in the relevant game rules.

For sports betting, the odds displayed at the time a bet is placed are the odds used for settlement of that bet, subject to changes due to obvious errors or provable odds manipulation. Any enquiries regarding bet settlement must be submitted to customer support within 7 days of the result date.

6. Accounts, Suspension and Closure

kelab711 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice if:

• There is evidence or indication of fraud, money laundering or illegal activity.
• A member is found to have breached any part of these terms and conditions.
• The account is linked to an individual under the age of 21.
• Registration information provided is found to be false or misleading.
• There is multiple account activity or attempts to abuse the bonus system.

Members may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closure, all active bets will be settled and any eligible balance returned to the member in accordance with the established withdrawal procedure.

In cases where an account is closed due to a breach of terms, kelab711 reserves the right to withhold balances linked to the violating activity while conducting the necessary investigation.

7. Limitation of Liability

kelab711 is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential or specific losses arising from the use of this platform, including but not limited to:

This platform is provided "as is" and kelab711 makes no written or implied warranties regarding the availability, accuracy or suitability of the service for any particular purpose. kelab711's liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by the member in the 30 days prior to the claim arising.
